Top Row Vending Services was established in 2016 by Rick Parker and Michael Vannoy. Rick is a native of Shelby, and started his career in vending there. Rick and Michael are the owners of Northwest Food Services and Triangle Vending, Respectively, and together have nearly 75 years of experience providing outstanding service in the vending profession.
